Dear Frustration,

Summer is offically over..well it has been for like a week now. School is already becoming too much for me and I feel like I don't have time for the people that I care about the most, let alone myself. The new Wegmans is opening next week and they will be expecting a lot out of me...perhaps more than I can offer.

But on a lighter note, I had thee experience of all experiences...getting the chance to see Le Tigre was probably the most exciting thing to happen to me in a long time. I've looked up to Kathleen for years now, she's like my hero..or maybe I should say heroine. She has so much intelligence and she actually cares about her fans.

Anyhow, we were like the first people in line because I made us go an hour early..which paid off because we were as close as we could be...just a slab of wood separating us from the stage. First the very adorable Mary Timony played and then Le Tigre. They were such a lively bunch and they had the cutest dance moves...but the best part was when Kathleen smiled at me I wish I wouldve paid more attention to the screen behind them though..there was some interesting stuff on it..

All and all I would say it was the best concert I've been too..and thats really saying something...

Dear Stuffy Nose & Itchy Eyes,

My allergies have arrived and they will be here for about another month...ick.

[Listening to: Sleater Kinney::One Beat]

I seriously can not stop listening to that CD..I'm completely hooked. I love those grrls..

I start school on Monday. I can't believe I'm actually going to college...it's a scary thought. I purchased my books today. A whopping $284.95...ouch.

My lunch of choice...

There's nothing better than yummy soup complete with a cute Hello Kitty sticker...I'm in love.

One more week and I'm off to see Le Tigre. Kathleen has been my idol for the longest time...I'm one excited grrl. My boy is going with me. He calls them the "girl version of Devo".

And just for fun...a picture of me and my little brother.

Dear Neglect,

Yes, I have been neglecting Xanga...and I'm sorry.

Last night was Sonic Youth. I purchased a cute tote bag, and a poster. Much fun was had.

I have already ordered the new Sleater Kinney CD, t-shirt, and button set.

Obsessive?    Perhaps a little...

Dear Hiccups,

[Listening to: Cold Cold Hearts::(Yr So Sweet) Baby Donut]

I am truely finding the heat to be unbearable so my day was mostly spent inside...And due to this lovely little magazine, I have been kept busy with the best reading material.

Musikfest is starting soon...actually I think tomorrow. It's not that I don't like it, I would just much rather walk around Bethlehem without the large crowds of drunk, sweaty people..

But I am happy..my birthday is Saturday...Happy Birthday to meeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
